In this wonderful book by the author of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Dorothy has fallen off a boat and gone back to a land near Oz called Ev. The king of Ev sold his wife and children, and Ozma must save them. Dorothy, Ozma and many others, including the Tin Man, the Lion, and the Scarecrow venture off to the Nome King's palace hoping to save the royals of Ev.
I would highly recomend any of the books in the Oz series. All are very good and fit my age group almost perfectly. My favorite part was when the chicken started to talk. I hope you will enjoy this book. Happy reading! The next book i'm reading is the ABC Murders by Agatha Christie.
